Perfect Slumber Cotton Dress

Ethereal and very extra vintage white crisp cotton dress with massive balloon sleeves and cinching ribbons at the wide neckline and cuffs. Easily adjust the tie to make the neckline higher or off shoulder. Very interesting piece, possibly custom made or sewn for a play? (we're getting theatrical vibes 😉) It is very well made and the cotton is a nice quality.
