Percz Janos Lady Pendant
Wonderfully quirky metalwork pendant by famed midcentury Hungarian artist Percz Janos. The cut brass medallion has an expressive face with modernist line detailing and textural raised features. I just love her!! Signed Percz Janos, Hungary, circa 1960s, possibly a bit earlier.
• Chain is 18" around, pendant is 2" long, 1.25" wide at the top
• Springlock closure on the chain
• Sivler plated brass, very worn down
• Great condition, the silver plating is almost completely worn off, leaving an awesome mixed metal patina. Brass chain may be a later marriage.
