Peacock Cowl Dress S/M

Cozy and minimal but oh so cute. Heathered teal shift dress with a high cowl neck and slightly flared 3/4 length sleeves. Two handy pockets at the side seams and short slits at the hem for ease. Looks good belted or on its own. From label Ches Pritchard Toronto, circa 1970s.
