Sticky summer days can't come soon enough for this awesome patchwork print slinky fishtail handkerchief hem dress. Tight fitting piece has gathered drawstring detail on the neckline that connects to the straps, so there is a lot of room for adjustment. By Arden B, made in NYC, early 1990s.
