Pamela Chromatic Fringe Skirt M

Off-beat little wool wrap skirt with a tassled edge and pleats from the waist. The fabric is warm and woven with a charcoal, oatmeal, and beige plaid. Finished with a banded waist and one tortoise shell button. From label Pamela B., made in USA, circa 1970s.
