Flowy and free vintage watercolor floral dress with a supremely slinky drape and brighter than bright lime, aqua and turquoise hues. Easy fitting short sleeve silhouette featuring princess seamlines, generous flare and attached tie to cinch as you desire. No labels, possibly homemade, very well done, circa 1980s/90s.
