Painted Chiffon 70s Dress M/L

Effervescent black chiffon dress featuring the loveliest hand-painted iridescent floral design trailing the bodice and swishy midi skirt. Light details such as sheer flared sleeves and tie keyhole neckline just add to the charm of this beauty. Pair with a great metal belt  and slingbacks. From label Top Lady, circa 1970s.
