Starting with that excellent open keyhole back and fabric bow at the small of the back, then pockets of course, extra twirly flared skirt from a dropped waist, and flattering halter style neckline. All in a robust painterly jeweltone floral. By label Patty O'Neil of New York, made in USA, circa 1980s.
