Super full vintage early GAP olive green cotton skirt with a wide high waistband,  thick beltloops and ultra full pleats for an ultra swishy hemline. Plus handy pockets at the sides. From The Gap "Workforce / Cotton Construction Corp.", made in Japan (interesting!), circa 1980s.
