Dare I say, the perfect skirt..?! Deep olive green flowy flared midi with beltlooped waistband, angled pockets at the hip, a glorious sweeping a-line flare and substantial weight fabric that moves yet also keeps it's structure. Works just as easily in the fall/spring as it does in the winter layered with tights and boots. By label David Brooks, made in USA, circa 1980s/90s.
