Navy Rose Maxi Dress XS/S

Gaga over this print!! Gorgeous navy rayon maxi dress with floating pale blue and electric orange roses floating all about, anchored by ice blue ribbon detail around the collar and hemline. Stunningly long silhouette features puffed bishop sleeves, wide buttoned cuffs, and attached ties at the stitched down pleated bodice to cinch in the waist as you like. By label Mindy Malone (a favorite of ours), circa 1970s.
