Navy Leather Flame Buckle Cinch Belt

Very 80s vintage shiny goldtone buckle resembling flames of perhaps flowing locks? Attached to a pliable navy blue leather body, very adjustable and easily switched out for a different belt. By Liz Claiborne, made in USA, circa 1980s.
