Aye aye! Nautical navy flowy romper with a golden embroidered anchor on the chest pocket, metallic striped belt (matching the epaulets) and brassy embossed buttons. The semi-tailored silhouette has strong shoulder pads, stretchy waist with belt to cinch, and culotte style shorts with pockets at the hips. By label J.B. Wright Ltd., made in USA, circa 1990s.
