Nautical Flag Pleat Dress M/L

Navy printed day dress with a swishy pleated skirt and a bold whimsical nautical flag pattern. The dress has anchor embossed brass buttons down the front and a matching belt for a flattering cinched in cut. Collared blousy bodice with short sleeves (shown cuffed) and stretchy waistband. By Talbots Petites (but isn't an especially petite cut), made in Korea, circa 1980s/90s.
