Mulberry Velvet Swing Skirt S

Gorge reddish mulberry cotton velvet full pleated skirt with a nipped in waist and voluminous (nearly circle) hemline. Lovely rich color and nice soft pile to the fabric, with a substantial weight but still lots of movement. By John Meyer, circa 1970s.
