Mulberry Cuff Flares M

Down for whatever cuffed mulberry flares with an extra wide waistband, thick rectangular belt loops, and clean pleats to center creases. The best details from a trouser but in a sturdy denim. Two side pockets, lower rise cut and roomy bell legs. No maker label, circa 1970s.
