True romance. Vintage velvet maxi dress with a mandarin style collar and faux buttons across the bodice. And that print - gorgeous! Deep ruby red poppies and brugmansia blooms (maybe?!) floating on a jet black base. Easy fit with a lot of stretch, short sleeves and close yet flowy hemline. By label CDC Caren Desirée Company, made in USA, circa 1990s.
