Mille Fiori Metallic Floral Boxy Crossbody Bag

Mille Fiori Metallic Floral Boxy Crossbody Bag

This vintage Mille Fiori handmade 1980s hexagonal box purse is a perfect marriage of avant garde and bohemian! Wavy flowers seem to come alive with their snakeskin applique petals and hand painted metallic texture. Structured geometric body has an asymmetrical snap flap, stitched edges, long crossbody strap and awesome leather tassel with abstract polymer bead. There is a small slip pocket and signature Mille Fiori label inside the tan suede lining.

Label: Mille Fiori {circa 80s}
Material: Leather
Stats: 6 1/2" wide at top & 10" wide at middle x 9" high x 2" deep
22" strap drop  46" total strap length
Condition: Great! A few of the finer cutout corners are curling up a bit, but this is very minor.

Mille Fiori handbags were produced in the 80s in a small studio in NYC and were mainly sold in galleries or custom made for clients. They are known for using "Mille Fiori" style glass beads but this bag is quite unique with its meticulous leatherwork and easy to wear style. The bags are no longer made, and can be quite collectible.
