Mikaela Tailored Puff Blouse XS

Very well tailored LBB (little black buttondown) with sizable puff sleeves and extra fitted princess seam bodice. Ornate bronze crest buttons line the front and cuffs on the cropped drape sleeve. By label Mikaela, made in USA, circa 1980s.
