Mahogany Alligator Purse
Incredibly well made genuine alligator satchel bag with goldtone hardware and suede lined accordion interior. Warm reddish brown hue and soft smooth textured feel, showing incredible detail in the skin. The boxy shape has a semi-adjustable shoulder strap, locking clasp closure (looks like "TO" intials), and triple compartment interior with smaller zip and slip pockets. No labels, very well made of high quality materials, circa 1970s/80s.
• 12" wide, 8” high, 2"/3” deep, 6" or 8" strap drop
• Alligator Leather, Brass, Suede lining
• Snapping hinge lock closure
• Great condition, the body and the interior of the bag are excellent with only the slightest bit of scuffing at the corners. The only notable flaw on this purse is the strap hardware - the hole and area around the rivet is a bit cracked (see pic). This can be reinforced, if needed, by a cobbler.
