Easy breezy silk layered wrap dress with a soft paisley print on both the sheer chiffon outerlayer and matte charmeuse underlayer. Classic wrap silhouette with fuller coverage on the bust, long sash to cinch the waist and tulip style curved hemline. So pretty! By label ECI of New York, made in China, circa 1990s/y2k.
