She's been waiting twenty or so years ;) Fluttery silk crepe dress with a funky abstract lemon lime pattern (plus a pop of sky blue), triple tiered hemline and open back halter tie. The bust has light padding for a bit of extra support and coverage. By label Sangria, made in China, circa 1990s/y2k.
