Latigo Brown Suede Buckle Mini Skirt XS

Dream suede mini skirt, albeit very teeny! Dark russet brown leather has overlapped snapping panel in front, crisp flare to there and an attached brass buckle closure on top. From label Latigo-West Leatherwear, made in USA, circa 1960s/70s.
