It's seems like a pretty chill denim maxi dress with fun cartoony floral print, then turn around and BAM - full lace-up back action. Fitted but comfortable shape with adjustable bodice, flared ankle length hem and soft durable denim fabric. From label Knock Knock, made in USA, circa 1990s.
