Funky little patterned shift dress with matching belt complete with ivory fringe on the ends. Straight shape has a cool cutout keyhole at the neckline, long buttoned cuff sleeves and fantastic Palm Beach vibe print of rosy pink, taupe and golden hues in a trippy floral and ribbon design. By label Kay Windsor "the look you love", Union made, circa 1960s.
