Nod to mod vintage black chiffon shell top with a mega double-layered ruffle cascading down the front and circling around the back collar. Boxy tailored fit with sheer cap sleeves, bust darts, wide hem and smoky gray buttons down the back. Fully lined in the body. By label Collegiana of New York & Paris, circa 1960s.
