Jaffa Medallion Earrings

Vintage Israeli-made coin earrings are made from pressed metal with a black painted bead (possibly wooden), hanging from a kidney earwire finding. The medallions are emblazoned with a beautiful swirling Middle Eastern design including Arabic calligraphy and a wreath-like border.

Marking: Made in Israel
Circa: 60s/70s (hooks are newer)
Content: Base Metal, Lacquered Beads (feel like wood)
Condition: Great. There is darkened patina to metal, adding depth
