Beauty. Richly tooled leather clutch with a baroque design featuring subtle pops of red in the tonal brown and olive base with a little bit of faded gold around the edges. Expanding envelope style has two large compartments surrounding a locking latch pouch in the middle and small slip pocket along the back wall. Looks 1940s, maybe earlier.
