Frozen but make it vintage fashion. Floaty maxi dress in icy blue jersey knit with silver metallic accents and painterly poppy orange flowers throughout the abstract striped/marbled design. Flattering silhouette features a low v-neckline with fluttery cape-like sleeves, wide waistband to define the bodice and long sash tie to cinch in back over the gently flared maxi hemline. No labels, well made, circa 1970s.
