Hmong Tassel Bib Necklace
Real deal vintage 1970s Hmong bib necklace made from thick and heavy etched and distressed metal, trimmed with 17 swaying metal tassels. Simple hook closure in back with cutout etched decorative wings. Extra dark patina to the metal, and really nice weight!
