Heart Buckle Skinny Belt

Cute skinny black sash belt with a wavy statement heart buckle. The tail ties around itself to close so the fit is flexible- wear at your natural waist or hip! The black strap body can easily be removed to change out with another color, or even a chain. No markings, circa 1990s.
