Very pretty orange bloom maxi dress with a traditional patterned base and barkcloth style fabric. Flattering flexible cut features a deep-v halter neckline, high banded waist, open back with tie over a keyhole, and crisp flare to there. From label Hawaii Nei of Honolulu, circa 1960s/70s.
