Happy Hour Maxi Dress S-L

Positively electric vintage jersey knit maxi dress with a low v-neckline, long attached ties to wrap under the bust and around the waist, plus flutter sleeves to top it off. The busy trippy floral has vivid neon green, orange and turquoise hues bouncing off of the deep violet background. No labels, well made, circa 1970s.
