Super snazzy lustrous black velvet holiday dress with strapless boned construction, princess style sweetheart neckline and loveliest sequined bow appliqué on the bust. The dress has a pointed waistline, flirty peplum detail and pencil skirt hem. Literally the dress of my dreams as a child in the 1980s!! From Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock, made in USA, circa 1980s.
