French Buttondown Pencil Skirt XS

*A Perfect Skirt* High waisted black cotton buttondown pencil skirt with a midi length hem and belt loops to add a variety of cinchers. Very well cut with a nipped in waist and slightly roomier hip to allow movement and room for the double pockets (!) Very versatile and easy item to dress up or down, even in the hotter temps. From label Gerard Darel, made in France, circa 1980s.
