Freis Linear Ruffle Dress XS-M

Light and airy gridded dress with a billowy fit and cinched ruched elastic waist. Pleated wavy surplice neckline, beaded necktie, cropped balloon sleeves, and a twirly skirt with pleated godets. Kind of magical! Can layer well into the colder months with a chunky cardigan or over a turtleneck and tights/boots. No label but very likely Diane Freis, circa 1980s.
