Folksy Flamenco Maxi S/M

A bit folksy but a bit flamenco (and perhaps a touch kitsch) vintage apple red patterned maxi skirt with a fun flounce at the hemline and an attached sash to cinch the high waist. The ties are long and can be knotted in the front or back. Easy going piece but also says a lot. Perfect with a cropped white tee and sandals. By label Pants Plus "A Division of Frank Lee of California", circa 1970s.
