Flutter Rhinestone Maxi Dress S/M

As simple as it gets for the 70s, vintage long black maxi tank dress with rhinestone trimmed ruffle over the bust. Would look great with a colorful skinny belt, or nothing at all. Easy go-to holiday and event dress. No labels.
