This 1980s does 1950s polkadot midi skirt is the belle of the ball! With a fixed, nipped in high waist an ultra-voluminous full skirt, its fun on its own and would be even more dramatic over a crinoline for some serious poof. True black swishy taffetta with flocked velvet dots, it can be dressed up with some sparkle or down with a simple turtleneck and boots. No labels, well made circa 1980s.
