Floaty Wildflower Ruffle Dress S/M

Pretty and ethereal prairie floral dress with a full ruffle along the collar, which can be worn on or off the shoulder, depending on your mood ;) Flexible fit has wide stretchy smocking over the waistline, a fuller hip and voluminous double tiered ruffle along the  midi hemline. Soft floral pattern is a mix of cool blues and subtle earthy orange and straw hues. No labels, well made, circa 1970s.
