Fantastical Leather Applique Collar

Fantastical vintage leather collar piece decked out with metallic soutache embroidery and carnival hued sequins all over the wide notched style. Great conversation item to throw on over a blouse or turtleneck. Nicely made with kidskin leather, fine needlework, and full nylon lining underneath. No labels, professionally made but also very unique, appears circa 1940s.
