English Chartreuse Felted Hat

Sharp! Vintage super soft felted fedora-esque hat with a matching chartreuse pleated velvet band and curved brim. The hat is very well made - soft but structured, and the  neon electric hue is super captivating. Note - best for a smaller head! Made in England for Lord & Taylor, circa 1960s/70s.
