Soft and sweet white rayon easy dress with the prettiest pastel embroidered blooms and butterflies mixed with slight crochet lace along neckline, cuffs and bottom front hemline. The attached tie at the waist gives an optional cinch. By label Hibis Lace Works, made in Indonesia, circa 1980s/90s.
