Electric floral goodness. Flower field print with electric pink, cherry, lemon, and royal purple tulips, daisies and blooms on a jet black background. Relaxed silhouette with a gathered skirt and some ruffling at the hem. Scoop neck, banded waist, and long sleeves. Perfect paired with tights and boots. No maker label, fabric is by Loomskill Inc., Union tag, made in USA, circa 1970s.
