Diane Freis Silk Floral Balloon Dress S-L

As far as Freis pieces go, this one is actually understated! Mixed floral and polka dot aquamarine patterned silk with sizable shoulderpads, generously puffed sleeves, wide smocked waistline and swishy pleated skirt. Very fine detailing and actually very nice silk fabric which is rare for these dresses. By Diane Freis, made in Hong Kong, circa 1980s.
