Delman Cap Toe Flats 8.5

Timeless black leather ballet flats with a low heel and a rounded cap toe. The leather is soft and sturdy with a shiny patent lattice stitched cap and a jaunty bow on the front. Very well constructed. By label Delman, circa 1980s.
