Cybil Ruby Tiered Dress XS/S

Quite literally 💃. Rich red satin jacquard dress with puffed sleeves, sash to cinch the waist and four layers of ruffles down the skirt for ultimate drama and twirl. The fabric has a subtle pattern and nice sheen to it. By label Cybil Stewart, made in USA, circa 1980s.
