Cutout Brass Bauble Belt XS-L
Intriguing solid brass belt (we're calling it a belt, its true use is a bit of a mystery!) with etched medallions, ring attachments and cool triple ball fringe on the end. There is a hook at the other end to clasp onto any part of the belt, giving lots of adjustment. No markings, appears circa 19760/70s.
