Nautical Striped Belt

Amazing vintage 1970s red, white and blue striped faux leather belt with chunky goldtone anchor buckle, flanked by the words "cruise, london, paris, rome". Thick but flexible body has a double snap adjustment on the sides to adjust or change out the buckle - but why would you?? No label, circa 1970s.
