Crisp Ivory Utility Dress XS

Very cool and chic bone white utilitarian dress with all the details. Double pocketed bodice has adjustable wide sleeves with button tabs, surplice hooked closure and stand up collar. Fitted waist is adorned with a matching wide yoke style wrap belt, above belts and a healthy pleated flare to there. No label except for care tag, circa 1970s/early 1980s.
